Walk-ins are welcome
Getting ready for a ride and discovered that a tire's gone flat? Did you hit a pothole and knock your wheel out of true? Want a full or semi custom wheel build? Sometimes you can't plan when your bike needs attention. Why not bring it in right away? If we can fix it on the spot, we will. And if we need more time, we'll let you know when to stop by to pick it up. Come in, call or email us soon so we can make that important repair or adjustment and get you back on your bike ASAP.
Appointments are helpful
If you prefer the convenience of an appointment, we'll let you know how long the repair will take so that you can plan accordingly. If it’ll be ready quickly, you might want to check out what's new in our store while you’re waiting.
We love E-bikes and are ready to help update and maintain many of the E-bikes being sold today. However there are some limitations due to proprietary components, battery systems, etc. The E-bikes we service have original equipment motor systems from: Specialized, Brose, Bosch, Shimano, EbikeMotion / Mahle, Bafang, Trans-X, Yamaha, Shengyi, and Panasonic. (Bikes with Bafang or Shengyi systems: We do not perform motor or electronics work, only bike component related adjustments.)
While there are many other motor systems, we may be unable to perform any services on any part of an E-bike with other motor systems due to insufficient battery management, sensor / wire quality, and lack of available parts, tools and software. We also do not work on any e-bikes with aftermarket / add-on motor systems from any brand.
If you'd like us to check if we can help with a specific E-bike, send us an email with the bike make, model , and year. (Please include a link to the bike's specifics webpage if possible. This is always helpful for our team.) Thanks in advance for trusting us with your electrified ride!
